第一篇:重钢机械:隐形冠军的“中国造”

我们面临一个崭新的时代,一个创业思维和创立企业异常活跃的时代。创新与创业是经济发展中最活跃的因素和最重要的动力之一,在推动一国或地区经济发展中起着不可低估的作用。案例首先描述李坤下海创业的故事,其次介绍天津重钢机械新创过程中的制度管理、人员管理、生产管理以及技术管理,最后分析重钢机械创业取得的骄人成绩。本案例以李坤的创业经历为背景,以天津重钢机械的创办和发展历程为线索,旨在引发对中小企业创业过程中有关创业环境、创业者特质、创业管理及创业成功关键因素等问题的思考,为中小企业如何进行创业管理提供借鉴和参考。

We are facing with a new era, in which entrepreneurial thinking and enterprise creation are extremely active. Innovation and entrepreneurship are the most active factors and the most important driving forces in economic development and play an important role in promoting the economic development of a country or region. First, the case describes Li Kun’s entrepreneurship story. Second, it introduces the system management, personnel management, production management and technical management in the new creation process of Tianjin heavy steel machinery. Finally, it analyzes the remarkable achievements of Tianjin Heavy Steel entrepreneurial business. With the background of Li Kun’s entrepreneurial experience, this case takes the founding and development course of Tianjin heavy steel machinery as a clue. The purpose of the case is to raise concerns about the entrepreneurial environment, the characteristics of entrepreneurs, entrepreneurial management, and key factors of success in entrepreneurship during the process of small and medium-sized enterprises entrepreneurship, so as to provide reference for the small and medium-sized enterprises to carry out the management of entrepreneurship.

第二篇:重钢机械:走出自己独特的“中国制造”之路

摘要:

对于任何一个公司来说,战略管理和战略决策都十分重要,它关乎企业的生存以及能否可持续发展。本案例主要介绍了天津重钢机械装备股份有限公司的几次战略决策。首先是2007年改制为股份制企业时进行战略决策转型,确立走多行业非标机械道路。接下来,战略执行方面详细介绍了重钢机械内部的质量管理、技术管理、人员管理等方面。面对2009年战略决策失误时,重钢机械又是通过什么方法进行有效弥补,成功使公司渡过危机,这对中小企业的发展具有参考价值。最后,希望通过分析重钢机械十多年发展过程中的战略管理、决策等内容,对我国一些中小企业尤其是机械行业内的企业如何进行战略定位、决策,帮助企业可持续发展提供一定的借鉴意义。

For any company, strategic management and decision-making are very important, which are related to the survival and sustainable development of the enterprises. This case mainly introduces several strategic decisions of Tianjin Heavysteel Mechanical Equipment CO., LTD. First, in 2007, when the company was transformed into a joint-stock enterprise, it carried out strategic decision-making transformation and established the multi-industry non-standard mechanical road. Next, the internal quality management, technical management, personnel management and other aspects are introduced in details during strategic execution. In the face of strategic decision-making errors, Heavy Steel Machinery used which methods to make up for it effectively and carried the company through the crisis sucessfully. It has reference value for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises. Finally, by analyzing the strategic management, decision-making and other aspects in the development process of Heavy Steel Machinery in the past decade, this paper hopes to provide certain reference significance about strategic decision-making of some small and medium-sized enterprises, especially the enterprises in the machinery industry, helping them sustainable development.

第三篇:“天津重钢机械”如何跑赢世界赛道

天津重钢机械装备股份有限公司(简称“天津重钢机械”)是一家位于天津滨海新区的非标机械制造企业,创业十年,他们的客户已经遍及世界40多个国家和地区,其中有超过85%的客户来自于海外。本案例从天津重钢机械一次与国际客户的合作切入,探讨企业在转型升级中的典型性应用实践,并结合迈克尔•波特的“钻石模型”理论,芮明杰的产业竞争的“钻石新模型”等国际竞争力理论,以及PESTEL宏观环境分析模型,探讨在新的国际市场竞争格局下影响我国机械制造业国际竞争力的主要因素,并从微观策略层面分析制造企业如何确定国际竞争战略,参与国际价值链分工,从OEM到ODM,再到OBM,打造企业的产品国际竞争力。为我国制造业企业转型升级、提质增效提供借鉴。

Tianjin Heavy Steel Machinery Equipment co., LTD. (Referred to as" Tianjin Heavy Steel Mechanical") is a non-standard machinery manufacturing enterprise located in Tianjin binhai new area. Ten years after its establishment, its customers have covered more than 40 countries and regions in the world, among which more than 85% of customers are from overseas. This case from Tianjin Heavy Steel Machinery once cooperated with international customers to exploring the typical application practice of enterprises in transformation and upgrading,combined with Michael Porter's "diamond model" theory, Rui Mingjie Professors of international competitiveness theory such as "new diamond model" for industrial competition, and PESTEL macro-environmental analysis model,discussed the main factors affecting the international competitiveness of China's machinery manufacturing industry under the new international market competition pattern, and from the micro-strategic level Analyze how manufacturing companies determine international competitive strategies, participate in the international value chain division of labor, from OEM to ODM to OBM, and build the international competitiveness of the company's products. It provides reference for China's manufacturing enterprises to build their own core competitiveness and the international competitiveness of their products.
